## Description

The Leicester and Leicestershire Councils and the Local Enterprise Partnership \(the partner organisations\) are inviting tender proposals to prepare a Sustainability Appraisal/Strategic Environmental Assessment \(SA/SEA\) and Habitat Regulations Assessment \(HRA\) for the Leicester and Leicestershire Strategic Growth Plan\.
