HMRC are seeking a supplier to build, run and maintain our Basic PAYE Tool and Paper Capture Tool, these are services that support employers with 9 or fewer employees to manage their payroll and calculate tax. We hold the intellectual property which would be made available to the appointed supplier. Additional information: A full set of bidding documents can be found on HMRC's Ariba portal. Bidders should submit their bids via this portal.
