Call off agreement awarded via further competition through Professional Services Framework The aim of this project is to convert an existing building to deliver a multi-functional venue for a wide range of community activities This will lead into the following outcomes: • Families in deprived communities will feel empowered to access targeted support at an early stage as a result of improved accessibility to services. • People in Barrow will feel empowered to make the most of opportunities as a result of increased accessibility to develop the right skills and access the right support to achieve their goals.
