1-992 Technical support for the adaption of SATTS device

Highways England ('the Company') is looking to set up a contract for provision of services to support the adaptation of the SATTS (Structural Assessment Tool at Traffic Speed) device for operation on UK Strategic Roads. The aim of this technical consultancy task is to carry out relevant work to support the identification, development, installation and testing of systems on the SATTS device so that the device is able to support further development in the measurement of structural condition at traffic speed.
