## Description

The Department of Health and Social Care has commission IPSOS MORI to inform a report on how the NHS Constitution has affected patients, staff, carers and members of the public, since the last published report in 2019\. The last 3 reports which includes scripts and sample sizes can be found here: NHS Constitution for England: resources - GOV\.UK \(www\.gov\.uk\) \. This survey will be completed via an established Knowledge panel that includes people who would have been previously excluded from online research\.
