High Peak Borough Council and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council wish to appoint a experienced consultant to support the Councils in relation to the following; This commission is required to support High Peak Borough Council \(HPBC\) and Staffordshire Moorlands District Council \(SMDC\) in the production of a Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document \(SPD\) and the possible adoption of a Community Infrastructure Levy \(CIL\)\. It will also require an update to the High Peak Infrastructure Delivery Plan \(IDP\) and a review of the recent Staffordshire Moorlands IDP\. his exercise is being managed through the Council's Electronic tendering system Proactis\.
