CP Technical Advisor to support the procurement of the Council's housing repairs, maintenance and investment contract

The Council wishes to procure Technical Support to support the re-provision of the Council’s day to day planned maintenance service and investment (otherwise know as capital programme) that embraces a wider strategy that reflects annual maintenance investment into the housing revenue assets and meets the statutory and regulatory obligation to have a repairs and investment service in place for November 2017. The overarching vision for the new contract is to: • Secure the new contract for a term to be determined, to enable better control, intelligence and strategic planning across our housing stock. This will: o Deliver value for money to the HRA o Give the opportunity to have in place a robust contract that is outcome driven and contains a payment mechanism designed to incentivise partnership working o To raise the standard of our current assets and our neighbourhoods o To have embedded in the contract social return on investment (SROI)
