## Description

Northamptonshire OPFCC is looking for a supplier of chemical trace liquids \(taggants\) to run crime prevention campaigns and identify lost/stolen property\. In addition to the provision of the kits, the chosen supplier will also need to provide the below services for a three year period within the contract price: Performance Dashboard and Reporting- enabling the force to take a data led approach to tackle burglary hotspots\. A Forensic laboratory analysis service \( in ISO17025 accredited labs\)\. This service will allow police upon identification of stolen property to send the forensic submission off for testing to identify the owner\. Access to a Police Liaison Manager representative to support with relevant training to support implementation of residential and second-hand dealers' schemes\. Training support for front line officers, custody, and property inputs\. • Support literature to accompany the kits explaining how to use\. • Provision of a discount scheme whereby members of the public can purchase forensic marking kits at a discounted rate from the supplier if provided by a code by Northamptonshire OPFCC\.
