The Liverpool City Council wish to refurbish/do internal alterations to the training rooms on the 1st Floor of the Cunard Building.

Liverpool City Council has sold off its Municipal Building in Dale Street and is in the process of vacating this. LCC now wishes to utilise its other operational buildings, including the Cunard Building, in order to relocate its staff and readdress the shortage of meeting rooms as a result.

Failure to vacate the Municipal Building at a defined point in time will leave LCC in breach of contract.
