Framework for the Supply of Traffic Counters and Associated Software

The aim of this procurement is to establish a multi-Lot, multi-supplier Framework with a number of suitably qualified and experienced suppliers capable of supplying a range of automatic traffic count (ATC) equipment, communications and software solutions for both motor vehicle and pedal cycle monitoring to the Traffic and Accident Data Unit (TADU).
