The Development and Maintenance of a Mobile Application

Description

Hampshire County Council have a requirement to develop and release a mobile phone application for citizens. This mobile application will initially rely heavily on the Hampshire County Council (HCC) current Website content and have limited native functionality, the objective being to test public appetite and better understand the delivery of services through mobile applications. The main objective is to deliver an HCC mobile application that provides ready access to HCC online services.
