Further Competition under the YPO Insurance Placement Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the following; - Property (Rental Properties, Student Accommodation, Sheltered Accommodation, Supported Housing), - Property (Shared Ownership / R2B / Leasehold Commercial (Leasehold)). - Motor Fleet and - Combined Liability. Additional information: The number of tenders received was for the insurance services that contracts were awarded namely; - Main property portfolio including student - Leasehold properties - Motor Fleet - Combined Liability With the exception of Motor Fleet the above insurances have the possibility of a 2 year Long Term Agreement which means they may end 31/3/2027. The insurance services for Acis own property (offices and contents) and Engineering inspection were not awarded. There were no bids for Management Liability and Cyber Liability.
