Central London Community Healthcare \(CLCH\) is committed to providing the highest quality care for patients and service users\. In order to achieve that and for our staff to have the confidence to deal with individuals who sometimes present with what can sometimes be termed, \\"difficult and challenging clinical behaviours\\", they need to be given an appropriate level of training to develop those skills and to enable them to respond appropriately and safely\. Supplier to deliver conflict resolution training that meets the minimum learning outcomes set out in the UK Core Skills Training Framework \(September 2014\) and the Standards for Providers \(Security management\)\.
