## Description

\(1\) To undertake exercises to map the end-to-end delivery chains across the following work streams: a\. Workforce to enable elective recovery b\. Digital / 'My Planned Care' support c\. Independent Sector d\. 104w performance/national long waits clearing service \(2\) Work with NHSE/I programme SROs for each work stream to agree outputs; \(3\) Lead engagement and design workshops with relevant stakeholders, as advised by the SROs\.
