Description

Award for the further call for competition via YPO Framework Id 953 to appoint up to 2 contractors for delivery of Parking Enforcement debt collections. Pursuing unpaid debts resulting from the issue of PCNs once the Council has exhausted its own processes. The Council issues annually around 125,000 PCNs through parking enforcement and moving traffic enforcement using cameras and around 2.5% of these PCNs are passed over to Enforcement Agents for recovery. Legislation requires that only certificated Enforcement Agents are used. Enforcement Agent firms are required to act within the Code of Practice of the Certified Enforcement Agents Association of England and Wales.
