Work description
The procurement of consultant support to further develop the Riverside Regeneration concept plan and links to the Cultural Heart. This will support the regeneration of the City Centre, adopting a holistic and connected approach.
The scope of the required services includes: - • A transport study to support connectivity between Derby Riverside and the Cultural Heart • Associated landscape design work • Concept Plan progression including urban design and enhanced visuals to support the planning position
