Telephony - Discounted Calls and Lines

Description

Direct award to existing contractor of telephony services, including discounted calls and lines. The BT Accumulate Contract and the PV10 Contract were previously purchased through a CCS Framework. We were not made aware of this change until the extensions for the original contracts were due, which meant that there was not enough time to re-procure. BT have agreed to continue to provide the calls and lines with the same discount as CCS. The Council's ICT Strategy is currently being reviewed, which will include how calls and lines will be purchased in the future.
