ITT for the Provision of Project Management Consultancy Services for New Works Depot and Resurfacing in Hardley Industrial Estate Closing Date for Submission of Quotes : 12.00 Noon, Monday 16 July 2018 NFDC are seeking to appoint consultants to Project Manage the following schemes: 1) The Design and Construction of a new Works Depot on Council owned land in Hardley, Southampton 2) To provide hard surfacing to an area approximately 3,000sqm suitable for parking and manoeuvring of Coaches and HGV, on the same site. Whilst the 2 schemes are interdependent it is anticipated that they will be undertaken separately. The outcome contract will be awarded for a contract period of approximately 3 years.
