## Description

Remove existing heating plant within the boiler room, with the installation of new gas fired boilers, flue systems, heating pumps, automatic controls and all associated pipework, valves, electrical and builders work\. Work to be undertaken during Summer break therefore the use of a temporary mobile boiler plant is not necessary\.
