Please note that this opportunity was a call Off YPO framework - 618 liquid fuels and only available to suppliers already registered on the framework: Merseytravel is the Transport Executive Body of the Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St Helens, Sefton and Wirral Combined Authority operating as the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as such Merseytravel manage and operate the Mersey Ferries vessels, terminals and associated tourist attractions, as well as the management and operation of the Mersey Tunnels on behalf of the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority\.
