WH22001 - Construction of Eight New Housing Units on the Magic Gardens site, & Bushbury Hill estate.

Wolverhampton Homes an Arm's Length Management Organisation (ALMO) is delivering new council housing developments across the City on former garage sites and small infill pockets of land.

Wolverhampton Homes will act as the City council's appointed Employer's Agent and will act on behalf of the City throughout the contract. As the intention is to procure the services of a Principal Contractor to build eight 2 bedroom bungalows on the Magic Gardens site, Bushbury South and Low Hill Ward

The proposed terms and conditions are the JCT Design & Build Contract, 2016. It is expected that any contractor participating in this tender exercise will have a copy of these terms and conditions in their possession, and also have previous experience and knowledge of undertaking similar contracts.

The approximate time frame in accordance with the project programme for contract completion is 12 months
