Description

Thirteen Housing Group is undertaking the refurbishment of a range of properties across various estates. As part of the works Thirteen seeks to appoint a contractor to carry out heating upgrades. This work will undertaken in conjunction with the internal team. Prosper Procurement Ltd ("PROSPER") is managing this procurement on behalf of the Contracting Body.
