## Description

This tender relates to the provision of a Town Centre and Retail Assessment for Herefordshire Council\. The current Town Centre Study \(2012\) is over 9 years old and is now out of date due to the significant structural changes in retail behaviour and changes in national planning policy\. This assessment will provide a key piece of evidence to support the Herefordshire Local Plan update which will cover the period 2021-2041\. The duration of the assessment is expected to be approximately 6 months, with completion expected by summer 2022\.
