Work description
New GSHP and modular plant room works. Replacement heating pipework, new radiators and fan convector units and toilet extract fans. New domestic hot and cold water services. A risk based sourcing process was utilised for this restricted tender, based on our local investment initiative and following our contract procedure rules.
