Supply and Delivery of Prisoner Footwear Abandonment Notice

This is a notice of abandonment of this procurement.

In accordance with Regulation 55(1)b of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015, the Authority advises that we no longer intend to continue with this open procurement procedure which was commenced on 29/03/2022 under Contract Notice reference 261189/1056537.

The Authority will therefore not be awarding any contract pursuant to this tender exercise.

However, the Authority do intend to commence a new procurement procedure in in the near future. Communications relating to this new process will be published on FTS and on Contracts Finder.
