Provision of a Library E-Lending Service

Sefton Council’s library service sought to commence with an e-lending service for the first time. As a new entrant we wished to contract with one contractor only in the first instance. Once this is completed we will review our budgetary and operational position to see whether it will be feasible to engage with further suppliers at a later stage.
