Description

psos will recruit and carry out semi-structured interviews with patients involved in the New Medicines Service (NMS) (the subject of this evaluation). A mix of patients who have both used the NMS, and those eligible who have declined, and also from a mix of geographies, will be recruited. These interviews will be conducted remotely and patients will be offered a financial incentive to support their participation (paid for as part of this agreement). Ipsos will analyse and write-up the findings from these interviews (to a content plan agreed with the Strategy Unit) to be included in a client report delivered in December 2025
