7\.4The Purchaser is commissioning a Provider to deliver a learning and development session focusing on a Fire Authority \(FRA\) Member's role in driving improvement Equality, Diversity and Inclusion\. The session will be delivered at the LGAs Fire Diversity and Inclusion Champions Network meeting on 23 November\. This will be delivered virtually\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
