Replacement of en-suite facilities at Kimber Student Residence

This contract was for the appointment of a Design and Build contractor to work under a two stage construction process (with pre-construction and construction stages) for the replacement of the en-suite facilities at Kimber Student Residence (274 bed facility). This contract has been awarded and was advertised in the OJEU - Notice no: 2016/S 230-419733 despatched 25/11/016 and published 29/11/16.
