Capability assessment for Demolition of multi storey car park, and construction of a new surface car park in Fareham

Fareham Borough Council are looking to appoint a suitably experience contractor to carry out the following works. Firstly the demolition of the six storey lift slab multi storey car park and preparation of the site. Followed by the construction of a new 139 space surface car park with PV canopies and EV charging points. With adaptions to existing vehicle and pedestrian access points. Whilst working in this busy town centre location the successful contractor will be expected to minimise disruption to the public and nearby businesses. Works are required to be completed early in 2024 to align with the opening of Fareham Live.
