The heating to the building (all dwellings) is served by 2No open flued floor standing Ideal Concord Gas boilers each rated at 112Kw output max. Both boilers are not operational and temporary plant has been installed to provide heating and hot water primary service to the dwellings.\r \r Both boilers and the fluing system contain asbestos and urgently need removing.\r \r The boilers are 35+ year old approximately and are now obsolete. It is recommended that these boilers are replaced.
