## Description

Derbyshire County Council, in conjunction with the Derbyshire Police and Crime Commissioner, is inviting tenders for the provision of an outreach service to reduce substance misuse harms to individuals aged between 16 and 25, across Derbyshire communities \(excluding Derby City\)\.
