## Description

Ofgem requires support from a supplier to provide a dedicated team from their Salesforce Centre of Excellence to ensure Ofgem has the right blend of Programme Delivery, Product and Technical expertise to enable Ofgem to setup and commission the Salesforce and Mule Soft platforms and implement the necessary ways of Working \(artefacts and processes\) in readiness to support and operate the platforms and enable business use cases\.
