Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council ('the Council') were seeking a contractor to refurbish the first and second floors of the Deanes building of the Council's offices, London Road, Basingstoke, RG21 4AH.\r The Council have three buildings, Deanes, Parklands and Goldings that form the main campus on London Road, Basingstoke.
