## Description

The Council are looking to reopen our framework for Community Based Supported Living Services for people with a Learning Disability, Autism, Impairment or Mental Health Need\. All services will be based within Southend-on-Sea or neighbouring areas, and properties must be available and already in place\. Please see attached document for further information\.
