Onward Group is one of the largest registered providers of social housing based solely in the North West of England with 35,000 homes across Merseyside, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Cheshire. Formerly known as Symphony Housing Group, we rebranded to Onward in April 2017 and now operate as a single organisation under 1 common board. Onward's housing stock is managed as 3 regions: Greater Manchester, Merseyside and Lancashire. Each region is further divided in to a number of Neighbourhoods, reflecting local boundaries. Onward is a not-for-profit organisation, committed to the regeneration and sustainability of the North West region, with a primary focus on making a positive difference in the communities we serve. Onward are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified, accredited and experienced Contractor to a sole source framework, to undertake relevant Asbestos removal across the group for all 3 regions. This will allow Onward to meet it's compliance responsibilities in accordance with Asbestos management. The scope of the contract will predominately be for licenced removal works with elements of non-licenced removal and remedial works following removal.
