## Description

Supplier to deliver a number of strategic outcomes relating to service delivery of the HRA's portfolio of operational digital systems\. The digital ecosystem consists of both \.NET and PEGA applications, supported by separate development teams \(outside suppliers\)\. Additionally, separate service desks support each platform\. - Procurement of ITSM - Production of Incident Management \(IM\) Processes - Liaison with Internal and External Stakeholders - Production of Service Introduction Processes - Set strategies for service delivery that support the strategic needs of the HRA\. - Creation of Service Delivery Improvement Plan - Manage the implementation of the ITSM
