Work description
National Highways (NH) is dualling the A66 between the A1(M) and M6, as part of its Road Investment Strategy (RIS) 2020 - 2025. Main Construction works are due to start in 2024. National Highways have appointed four Delivery Integration Partners; Kier Highways Ltd, Keltbray Highways Ltd, Balfour Beatty and Costain Ltd, to design and construct the works. The purpose of the service is to work alongside the National Highways communications and customer leads to ensure the stakeholder management functions of the A66 Northern Trans-Pennine (NTP) project are planned, organised and optimised to maximise engagement with stakeholders and the work of AmeyArup and the DIPs is coordinated and follows the agreed processes.
