Work description
Watford Borough Council is looking to commission an Evaluation Consultant with proven track record of delivering evaluation for cultural and heritage organisations to work with the Museum and Heritage Service to deliver a long-term evaluation of their National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) project.
We require the evaluation of both the capital project as well as the activities programme being delivered between 2025 and 2030. This will include both qualitative and quantitative outputs and outcomes of the project to ensure that the overall aims and objectives are being met and that areas for improvement are identified and managed.
Importantly, the evaluation will need to adhere to NLHF Guidance and will need to ensure that evaluation is embedded from the outset of the project and demonstrate how the project has made a difference to the heritage, people and the community.
The complete description of the services is contained within the brief.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
