## Description

The Council are seeking to procure a services contract \(the "Contract"\) to provide a seamless and holistic Managed Service Programme Provider \("MSPP"\) solution to \("Temporary Workers"\) covering a wide range of categories and roles to the Council for up to seven \(7\) years\. The Supplier will primarily operate as a 'Master Vendor' for Temporary Worker assignments requested by the Council's Hiring Managers, which will cover a diverse range of categories, specialisms and roles in recognition of the variety and number of services that the Council provides\. However, the Supplier may act as a 'Neutral Vendor', where permitted by the Council, primarily to support the successful fulfilment of specialist, technical and 'hard-to-fill' roles\. The contract has an initial term of four years with the option to extend by up to a maximum 36 additional months \(7 years being the maximum term\)\. Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system \(In-Tend\) for the administration of this procurement process and providers must register with the system to be able to express an interest\.
