TD2430 - Council Tax Single Person Discount Review Services

This contract was awarded for the provision of Council Tax Single Person Discount Review Services. The contract was called off from the G-Cloud 14 Framework Agreement (RM1557.14), Lot 2: Cloud Software.

The contract provides a fully managed review service, supported by the cloud-based Profiler software platform, to identify potentially incorrect or fraudulent Council Tax Single Person Discount claims. The service will support the Council in reviewing and maintaining accurate Council Tax records.

The call-off contract commenced on 12 October 2026 and has an initial term of 24 months, with the option to extend for up to a further 24 months through two separate 12-month extension periods.
