Contract for The Supply of Construction & Building Materials

This Framework contract is being let by The Borough Council of Gateshead. Gateshead Council working with The Gateshead Housing Company is seeking to enter into a Framework contract with numerous/multiple suppliers who can efficiently provide a wide range of Construction & Building Materials which will assist the Council in delivering a high quality cost effective Housing Repairs and Maintenance Service together with other operational Construction Services. The Council has recently integrated its Construction Service team with The Gateshead Housing Company (The Service) with the intention of directly delivering the Housing Repairs and Maintenance Works and Services.
