## Description

The service provided by the Provider will be to undertake a full survey of all of the elements of the block including roof, windows, concrete, brickwork etc\., and to prepare a full scope of works, drawings and details as necessary for the conversion of the building to residential units as per the planning application BH2022/01855\. Project to be tendered through the Councils framework of contractors\.
