## Description

Cornwall Council \(the Council\) is seeking Day Opportunities and Inclusion support services \(non regulated\)\. These services are primarily focused on providing Day Opportunities and supporting the needs of adults supported by Adult Social Care \(ASC\) but may include young people in transition from Together for Families \(TFF\) services into ASC\. The provision of Day Opportunities sessions that offer flexible, community-based opportunities to support people, with a range of eligible primary care needs, to access good quality provision that supports them to live full meaningful lives and be included in their local communities\.
