(NU/1623) Supply of a Stereoscopic Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) System

The University has recently been awarded an EPSRC equipment grant and wants to purchase a Stereoscopic Particle Image Velocimetry (PIV) System. The objectives of the equipment are summarized as follows:

• To obtain stereo particle image velocimetry (SPIV) measurements in (i) a wind tunnel at speeds up to 35 m/s, and (ii) in water flumes at speeds up 1 m/s.

The scope of this contract is for the supply of the equipment as detailed in the ITT to the University, with after-sales support and 36 months warranty and maintenance
