Work description
Quotations are required for the provision of Service Transformation Consultancy Services to support the Council using a systems thinking approach to organisation transformation. There are two sets of outcomes required from this Contract: Improvements to a number of Council services and functions via implementation of a systems thinking approach; and Skill transfer in systems thinking to employees and managers of the Council.
