Architect and Supporting Sub-Consultancy Services for the Design of a New Build Multi-Activity Leisure Facility

Stockton Borough Council seeks to appoint an Architect and supporting sub consultancy design services including, but not limited to; structural engineering, mechanical and electrical, quantity surveying, landscape design. The team will design a multi-activity wet and dry commercial leisure facility, including swimming, health & fitness, gym and associated changing. The facility will also include a community library and contact kiosk. It is anticipated that the overall area of the facility to be in the region of 3500m².
