Tender for the appointment of a contractor to demolish existing garage structures and Design & Build the development of residential dwellings on Pembridge Road and Fallowfield former garage sites. Stoke-on-Trent City Council has considered its obligations in relation to the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012. As such Stoke-on-Trent City Council has duly considered how the proposed procurement might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being within the contract area and how in conducting this procurement, this improvement can be secured. Social Value is pivotal to the Council and part of its strategic vision and objectives. Therefore the evaluation criteria includes elements relating to economic and social factors to give it importance.
