Chough House Internal Windows and Screens

Corserv on behalf of Corserv Facilities is seeking to appoint an experienced contractor to undertake the supply and installation of internal windows and fire resistant screens.

The overall project comprises the conversion of Chough House, a former office building located in River Street, Truro, Cornwall, to a Safe Place to Stay facility for Cornwall Housing, providing 3-5 nights respite for homeless people and providing ancillary spaces for staff on site.

The intention is to award the contract to the most economically advantageous tender based on 80% Price and 20% Quality.
