Work description
BCP Council are seeking an independent review of their Local Plan. The Local Plan service has a responsibility for setting the spatial vision for the Council in the form of the Local Plan. This is a statutory requirement set by national planning legislation. Failure to have an adopted Local Plan can result in censure and potential intervention by Government.
